The platform is currently in private beta, available by invitation only.
Access to CNTCT.AI is granted on an invitation-only basis during the beta period. We may revoke access at any time and for any reason. Beta access is personal and non-transferable.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials. You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes related to brand distribution intelligence.
During beta, CNTCT.AI stores application data primarily in your browser's localStorage. This includes:
Clearing your browser data will remove this information. We do not maintain server-side backups of your browser-stored data during beta.
CNTCT.AI allows you to compose and send outreach emails through the platform. When you use this feature:
CNTCT.AI uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to generate search results, brand intelligence, and email drafts. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all information before acting on it.

CNTCT.AI is provided "as is" during the beta period, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of AI results, email deliverability, or data persistence. Use the platform at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CNTCT.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, lost business opportunities, or email delivery failures.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
